Why: This special fundraiser has been lovingly organized to help raise funds for our Park Project: the vision of building a covered pavilion at Neil Leatherdale Park.
Our hope is to create a welcoming gathering space where families, friends, and neighbours can come together around the 16-person picnic tables to share meals, celebrate birthdays, host community events, and make lasting memories for years to come.
Through laughter, conversation, tea, and fellowship, every guest becomes part of something bigger—helping transform the park into a vibrant place of connection and belonging for the whole community.

Enjoy this event with memorable moments, including exciting door prizes, a silent auction featuring unique items generously donated by local artists and businesses, and a charming photo booth where you can capture keepsake photos in your finest attire. Whether you come for the fellowship, the fun, or the opportunity to support the community, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Guests will enjoy a delightful assortment of sweet and savory selections, thoughtfully prepared to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy free and low-sugar options.

In the message section, please include your email address and note that the payment is for the High Tea Event. Once received, your ticket will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Cash:
Cash payments can be made in person at the Hope Pointe Church office on Tuesdays or Wednesdays between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
